Nearly half of the over 73 acres in WatersMark are devoted to our homeowners’ enjoyment of natural and shared common areas. Our private nature trail welcomes those who delight in a sun speckled stroll along Barton Creek while our many shared community spaces invite a gathering or a restful moment to appreciate the landscaping under a beautiful live oak tree.

WatersMark is a place where we know and enjoy our neighbors – be it at our parties sponsored twice each year, during a friendly bunco game or just passing on the street.

Upon entry through our controlled access gate, each resident owns their beautifully designed, standalone home averaging over 3800 square feet of luxury living space as well as an equal portion of the shared community spaces. We share a vested interest in quality of life in our neighborhood.
